Gower Winter Update-
The continuing south westerlies have not only brought good surf ,pumping for almost 2 months non stop now, but also unseasonally warm water .Needless to say many beaches on the S.Gower have seen unprecedented numbers, particularly over the Christmas Break.Celebrations started early at the opening of JP's new shop - Chapel St. Mumbles.Filled to capacity, the party soon expanded to the Ocean Bar on Newton Rd where spirits were raised to further heights with the arrival of Nick Jones recently back from Oz.

New Years saw classic swells wrapping into the bay at Langland.Returning from The Alps, Johnny James put his snowboarding skills to good use in some overhead waves on a lesser known reef near Rhosilli.
